So, for those interested i managed the 10k without dying in 1hour 5mins which outside my target of an hour but my other target was to run all the way which i did so its not all bad!

I also did the 30k cycle in 1hour 25mins which was 5mins inside my 1h30 target so i kinda made up for the 5 minutes in the run.

Anyway, i’m gonna do the Croydon 10k on my birthday (21st oct) so i hope to get inside the hour then.
